Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage investors, and showcase our projects across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, and print)
Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms
Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations, and investor communications
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field
3+ years of marketing experience (real estate or investment industry a plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
