Senior Engineering Advisor- Land Development

Position Overview:
Majestic Developers is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Advisor to support our land development team. This flexible role is designed for a seasoned professional who brings deep technical knowledge and a passion for mentoring emerging talent while providing expert guidance on civil engineering design and review.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and advise on engineering design plans for land development projects
Serve as a technical resource across disciplines including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways
Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff and provide training where applicable
Ensure engineering standards, codes, and best practices are consistently met
Support internal design reviews, permitting strategy, and QA/QC processes

Position Type:
Part-time or flexible arrangement available
Hybrid or remote participation possible based on experience and project needs

Required Experience:
Minimum 20 years of experience in civil or land development engineering
30+ years preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Expertise in reviewing engineering documents and development plans
Strong communication and leadership skills with a commitment to knowledge-sharing
