Land Development Project Manager

Position Overview:
Majestic Developers is looking for a skilled and driven Land Development Project Manager to lead and manage land development projects from planning through construction. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong technical expertise and project management experience in civil engineering and land development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial land development projects
Oversee consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Coordinate due diligence, permitting, utility design, grading, and drainage plans
Review and approve civil engineering plans and documents
Communicate project goals, progress, and risks to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal development regulations

Position Requirements:
5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong knowledge of permitting processes, design standards, and municipal requirements
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD)
