Land Development Project Engineer

Position Overview:
Majestic Developers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing land development team. This role offers hands-on experience in civil design, plan preparation, and coordination with project managers and consultants. It’s an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop technical skills and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of civil engineering plans for residential and commercial land development projects
Support grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design
Coordinate with project managers, surveyors, and external consultants
Assist in compiling submittals for permits and approvals
Ensure plans meet regulatory requirements and project timelines
Attend internal meetings and site visits as needed

Position Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in land development or civil site design
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
EIT certification or ability to obtain is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with local development codes, drainage criteria, and permitting processes
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
