Job Overview: Are you an experienced Land Development Engineer with a passion for creating innovative and sustainable community solutions? Majestic Developers is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of land development. 

Responsibilities:
Design and oversee the development of land projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
Collaborate with architects, planners, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Manage permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in land development or related engineering roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (required).
Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, local zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
