Majestic Development Company, LLC was founded in 1997, with the focus on small development sites, urban redevelopment and custom home building. Recently, our emphasis has shifted to urban residential redevelopment sites. We build custom homes, or renovate existing homes, on prime lots in established Metropolitan Denver neighborhoods. Our experience with residential projects in neighborhoods like Bonnie Brae South, Alta Vista, University Park and Observatory Park has enabled us to complete swift plan reviews with the Denver Building and Zoning Departments. This benefits the community by greatly reducing the construction period that follows. Our endeavors are to enhance the charm and character of these wonderful neighborhoods with our architecture, while offering the latest in modern life style floor plans and technological features for our customers. As specialists in Denver infill projects, we have the experience it takes to successfully meet the challenges of design and construction presented by the Denver Zoning Administration and the Denver Building Division. We know how to handle the confines of tight building sites bordered by other structures, streets, alleyways, and large trees. We minimize the impact to residents that live in the neighborhood while we work there. Majestic Development's management team has over 50 years combined experience in residential construction in the metro Denver area (including Parade of Homes construction).
